This special tincture is blended using only non-GMO, kosher, high oleic sunflower oil from Colorado Mills. It is extracted without the use of chemicals or “winterization” – a process which strips the oil of vital nutrients and vitamin E. The result is a clean tasting, trans fat free oil that is high in healthy fats with 3x the vitamin E as olive oil.
